SB-ITS is founded by Bill McLane, a leading technology innovator who has over 25 years of experience in building and developing enterprise software solutions. Working with some of the largest enterprise organizations in the world like FedEx, CME Group, UBS and many others, Bill saw an opportunity to bring enterprise architecture to small business owners. Getting a business of the ground can be a daunting task.

Bill established SB-ITS to help small business owners that don’t have a background in technology, get the help the need to start and run their business without having to worry about all the details like setting up a website, email, computer systems, network infrastructure, payment options, or marketing.

Large enterprises have teams of 100s of people dedicate to running their IT infrastructure, but until small and medium size business grow, they can struggle with the IT services they really need. Without guidance, prioritization and implementation, services can distract from growing a small business and can contributed to missed opportunities.

That is why SB-ITS was founded, to help small to medium sized business and non-profits find success with building out their IT services in a way that allows for ease of use and long term sustainability. Out goal is to make IT so seamless you don’t even know it is there.
